Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 04/24/2024. There were 93 children, ages 2 years - 5 years, 15 staff members providing direct care and supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during teacher directed activities, outdoor time, mealtime, and rest time. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: building maintenance, attendance and staff records. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 9 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 10:45 am and departed at approximately 1:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
