Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was on 09/12/2024 and completed on 09/26/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 am and ended at 2:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 92 children present and 13 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 8 staff records onsite, and 3 agent/applicant records electronically on 09/26/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
