Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 09/18/2023 regarding allegations of non-compliance with ratio in the school age classroom. The inspector was on site on 09/18/2023 from 3:00pm until 4:10pm. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 5years to 9 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector conducted observations and interviews on site.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
