Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on May 22, 2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 2:30 pm and ended at 3:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 79 children present and 13 staff. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and document review.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
