and operable condition. Unsafe conditions shall include, but not be limited to chipped or peeling paint; visible cracks, bending or warping, rusting or breakage of any equipment.
In the children's restroom, stall #1 had peeling paint and rusting along the wall.
There was chipping paint along the doorframes of the children's restrooms and all classroom door frames.
