Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. A spray bottle of Clean Smart cleaning solution was left on the sink counter by the changing table outside of diapering time during the entire inspection.

The diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use. After diapering the changing surface was cleaned but was not sanitized.
