This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interviews and records review. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
Conducted an investigation into concerns reported to the department. Based on evidence collected there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations made however, there was an unreported non-compliance found. Questions may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
