Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/10/25 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 1/27/25 relating to supervision. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Children under 10 years of age always shall be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff,

Child #1 was left out of sight and sound supervision during a fire drill for under one minute.
Plan of Correction: The center director contacted licensing to make aware of the incident.
The parent was notified of the incident. Staff was retrained on fire drill procedures making sure that all rooms are checked for children . the attendance sheet will be kept up to date and used during the drill to make sure all children have been evacuated.
