Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on and concluded on 2/9/2022. The Director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 42 children present, ranging in ages from 2years to 5years, with 6 staff supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and medication. A total of 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
