Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 5/22/2024 between the hours of 12:15pm and 1:30pm. There were 3 classrooms observed with a total of 35 children present with 6 staff supervising. Ratios were in compliance. The children were observed playing on the playground having lunch, and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, child and staff records, fire drill log, medication, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
