Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:00 am through 10:45 am. There were no children in care with one caregiver present. A total of three children's files and three staff/household member's files were reviewed. The Emergency Preparedness Plan and emergency supplies were reviewed. The first aid kit is complete. Violations
3Evidence:
1. Caregiver #1 did not have a minimum of sixteen clock hours of annual training. Caregiver #1 completed a total of two hours of training.
2. Caregiver #1 confirmed that sixteen hours of annual training had not been obtained.
Evidence:
1. Child #1's record (Start date-11/15/2017) and Child #2's record (Start date-09/10/2011) did not have documentation of the review of the child's emergency contact information.
2. Child #3's record (Start date-02/07/2013) did not have documentation of the results of a health examination. A record of the immunization records were available for review.
Evidence:
1. There was no documentation of two shelter in place drills conducted for the year.
2. Caregiver #1 confirmed that documentation was not maintained for shelter in place drills.
