An unannounced inspection was initiated on November 19, 2025 and completed on January 20, 2026, with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 17, 2026 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
