This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 8/25/2021 and concluded on 9/2/2021. Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed in response to a complaint regarding infant classroom ratios, nutrition, staffing, and center policies.
