Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 08/25/2022 from 9:00am to 11:00am in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding operational responsibilities, diapering, supervision and behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted with staff, policies and procedures were reviewed, classrooms were observed, and documentation was viewed. Children were observed participating in free play and circle time. Staff to child ratios were in compliance during the inspection. Based on the preponderance of evidence collected throughout the investigation, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted on 09/02/2022 with the assistant director.
