Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted as a result of 2 self-reported incidents involving injuries in the infant room. The inspection was initiated on 05/15/2023 from 11:10am to 2:35pm. There were 9 children ages 4 months to age 16 months old supervised by 3 staff in the infant rooms. The physical plant, attendance, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, and injury reports were reviewed. Children were observed participating in floor play, tummy time, and nap. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no violations identified as the result of the self-reported incidents.
