Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 09/21/2023 from 11:45am to 12:35pm in response to a complaint regarding forbidden actions and injury reporting. Interviews were conducted with the staff, documentation was reviewed, and the classroom was observed. Based on the preponderance of evidence collected during the investigation, the complaint was determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted on 9/21/23 with the Director.
