A complaint investigation was initiated on December 28, 2022 from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on December 27, 2022.
During the investigation staff records and statements were reviewed, interviews conducted, and classroom observations were made.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of non compliance with areas 8VAC20-780-340 and 8VAC20-
