Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was conducted on August 8 and August 15, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the Fairfax licensing office in regards to standard 8VAC-780-410.

Staff and parents were interviewed and 4 staff and 3 children's records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of the evidence to support the complaint and it is deemed to be "not valid".

No violations were cited as a result of this investigation.
