An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 10 children present, (ages 17 mos-4 yrs) for a total of 26 points, with the provider and an assistant.
The children were playing with toys, drawing with markers, exercising with a children's music program and taking a water break.
Two child records, and two staff records, were reviewed.

Based on a review of documents, the facility failed to ensure that backgrounds checks are completed for household members.
