Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 1:20 p.m. and ending at 2:45 p.m. with the director. There were 60 children in care ages 3 months through 11 years old under the care of 11 staff. School agers were observed returning from a field trip. Infants and toddlers were observed napping. Two year olds, three year olds and preschoolers were observed napping. School agers were observed engaged in various centers.
Three staff records and four children's records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
