Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. with the director and assistant director. There were 52 children in care ranging in age from 7 months through 5 years old under the care and supervision of 10 staff. Children were observed during transition times, outdoor play, watching an age appropriate television program, preparing for and during lunch. Lunch was spaghetti and meatballs, corn, mixed fruit and milk.

Five children's records, four staff records and one medication were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
