An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/12/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:30pm and ended at 3:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 9/12/2024. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
