Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Thursday, September 22, 2022 The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30 AM and concluded at approximately 2:30 PM. There were 67 children present, ranging in ages from three months to nine years, with 14 staff supervising.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
