Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on Monday, November 6, 2023 with the provider. The inspection began at approximately 10:25am and concluded at 11:45am. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 12 months to 2 years, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector observed children playing with various age-appropriate materials. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Transportation is not provided. There is no medication being administered at this time. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver records, and 1 household members record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
