Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and completed on December 19, 2023 regarding concerns of Special Care Provisions/ Emergencies and Special Services. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with administrative staff, center staff, a review of records/documentation, observation of infant feeding and diapering and the procedures for feeding and diapering. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to Special Care Provisions/ Emergencies and Special Services, therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
