Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by inspector on April 9, 2024 and completed on April 16, 2024 regarding concerns of staffing /supervision and programs. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with center staff, a review of video footage and observation of the of staff to child interactions.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to staffing /supervision and programs; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
