An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by the inspector in the center on June 24, 2024 from 2:45 PM until 3:20 PM and was completed on June 26, 2024 regarding concerns of Special Care Provisions / Emergencies. During the inspection interviews with administrative staff and a review of medication information and storage was conducted.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does NOT support the allegation related to Special Care Provisions/ Emergencies; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT valid. .
