Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/1/2025 and completed on 8/27/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/26/2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Physical Plant, and Programs.

Staff and children's records were not reviewed as part of the investigation of this complaint. This inspection included document review, in person and virtual tour of the facility, interviews, observations, measurements.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to maintain areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, in a clean, safe and operable condition.
The portable handwashing sink located in Infant A was not working at all at the time of the inspection. Licensee states that for about 1 ? weeks the faucet had a fluctuating flow and that it has been completely inoperable since the previous Thursday or Friday (6/26 or 6/27/2025).
The portable handwashing sink located in the Toddler classroom was not working at all at the time of the inspection. Licensee states that for about 1 ? weeks the faucet had a fluctuating flow and that it has been completely inoperable since the previous Thursday or Friday (6/26 or 6/27/2025).
The portable sink in "TT's" - produced only a very thin, steady, trickle of water all at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The licensee stated that the sink in TT's may still be used for handwashing.
New portable handwashing sinks were ordered on July 1, 2025 and were scheduled to arrive at the center by July 8, 2025.
