Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/22/24 from 10:15 am to 10:50 am. There were 3 children in care of 3 staff members. The children were observed in a counting activity, story time and eating morning snack. 3 children's records, 3 staff records, emergency drill logs, first aid supplies and other center postings were reviewed to assess for compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Please do not use staff names; list staff by positions only. Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the Violation Notice and public website.
