An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/17/2025 and completed on 9/17/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:35AM and ended at 12:20PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 staff directly supervising. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
