Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with a licensing inspection with the provider beginning at 12:30 PM and ending at 2:00 PM. There were 5 children, ages 8 months, 16 months, 2, 2, and 2 years old, in the care of 2 caregivers for a total of 13 points. The children were observed playing with age appropriate toys. Four children?s records were reviewed. Two caregiver?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/13/22. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/22/22. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/10/22.
