Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 2, 2023, from 11:23am to 1:18pm with the provider. There were five children in care, ages 11 months, 2, 2, 3 and 3 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 12 points. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and singing songs with the assistants. Five children?s records were reviewed. The provider record and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time and is aware that Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/5/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/20/2023.
