Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 6/11/2024 between the hours of 1:10pm through 2:00pm. There were a total of 7 children present, ranging in age from 5 months to 11 years (14 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. A total of 6 children?s files and 4 staff files were reviewed. The children were observed napping throughout the inspection. Infant care including infant feeding was also observed. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials and toys. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
