Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 20, 2023 from approximately 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. There were 19 children in attendance and a total of 3 staff present. 3 staff records and 5 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including playgrounds, bathrooms, and the cafeteria. The children were observed eating snack, coloring, and playing with table toys while the licensing inspector was on-site.
Evacuation drills were conducted monthly with the most recent on 4/14/23.
Violations were cited as a result of this inspection.

Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
