Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place on 08/09/2022 between the hours of approximately 12:20 p.m. and 2:35p.m. There were 5 classrooms observed with a total of 49 children with 11 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping, eating lunch, and participating in water play. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, and medication were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Violations
2Evidence: In the School Age 1 classroom, there was chipped paint located on the column between the cubbies and word wall, multiple spots of chipped paint on the side wall with the clock, chipped red paint by the closet and chipped paint on the column near the closet.
Evidence:
