Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Monitoring Inspection took place on 07/25/2023 between the hours of approximately 10:35 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 5 classrooms observed with a total of 60 children with 11 staff within the supervision guidelines. The school age children were observed watching a fire safety presentation by the local fire department. Children were also observed listening to stories, preparing to go to the playground, napping and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures was conducted during this inspection. There were 7 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
