An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on August 13, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 a.m. and ended at 12:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance
in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
