Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on August 13, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 a.m. and ended at 12:05 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. There were 0 medications reviewed on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and returned it to me within 5 business days from today. You will need to specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Just writing the word ?corrected? is not acceptable. Your plan of correction must contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).
