Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation related behavioral guidance, forbidden action of withholding food, and parent agreement. This investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

The investigation was initiated on April 18, 2021 and concluded on April 30, 2021. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
