Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 31, 20222. The director was contacted by telephone at 9:30 a.m. and a virtual call was then initiated to observe the program. There were 39 children in care ranging in ages 6 months through 5 years old under the care and supervision of 7 staff. Infants were observed having play time on the floor and one infant was sleeping. Toddlers were observed during story time. Two year olds were observed during free play activities. Three, four and five year olds was observed during table activities including planting seeds. Classrooms and supplies and materials were observed.
Four children's records and four staff records were reviewed. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
