Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 6/3/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 53 children were present with 12 caregivers. The children were engaged in center play, reading books, coloring, playing with blocks, listening to story time, dancing, and playing outside. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 6 medications, and 6 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
