Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/23/2023 from 9:40 a.m. ? 12:00 p.m. There were seventy-four children ages 11 months to age 12 years old supervised by seven staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 medications with corresponding authorization records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in group play and reading. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
