Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 06/23/2023 from 9:40 am to 12:00 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of seventy-four children were present with seven staff. Children were observed participating in group play, and reading. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. Programming, attendance, menus, emergency procedures, 2 medications, and 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
