Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 11/21/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/23/25 relating to allegations of special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and interviewed two staff on site. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
