A subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on 01/23/2024. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection, the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based record review, the center failed to ensure all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment a current CPR certificate.
Evidence: Staff #2, which was hired on 01/9/2023, had no record of an CPR certificate during the inspection on 1/23/2024.

Plan of Correction: The staff person CPR was not in the file and had expired 12-23. They are scheduled for a class in February. The PD/HR will ensure that all staff are up to date with CPR.
