Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 12, 2022, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m., to review the supplemental health and safety requirements. Thirty-eight (38) children were enrolled and in the care of eight staff members during the on site inspection. Three additional staff members were present and assisted, as needed. Three children's records and two staff records were reviewed and/or updated. One children's medications and the accompanying authorization forms were reviewed. The facility was observed to be clean and supplied with a variety of age/stage appropriate learning and play materials/toys. Program observation was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined covered all of the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only the subsidy requirements that were not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were cited during this supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
