Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Two spray bottles of disinfectant were unlocked in the classrooms. One was accessible to children.
Plan of Correction: The spray bottles of disinfectant will be moved to a locked location and all staff will be retrained in the standard.
