Inspector Notes

An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Director on 5/24/23 from 9:20 - 10:00 am. There were 23 children present, ranging in age from three years to five years of age, supervised by four staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys in centers and engaged in large-motor activities. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with two staff and two child records.
