Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/18/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were five children present, ranging in ages from two-years to four-years-old, with the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. All enrolled children's records have been reviewed previously. Two household member's records were reviewed and were in compliance. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
