Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/9/2022 from 11:00am to 12:00pm with the provider. There were five children in care, ranging in age from seven-months to four-years-old, for a total of 12 points. Children were observed playing a matching game together and with the provider. Four child records, one caregiver record, two household member records, and two pet records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. One child medication and authorization form was reviewed and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Lunch today will be macaroni and cheese, hotdogs, mixed vegetables, oranges, and milk. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
